"Cafe in the Electric Town" Switch Version Launch Event Held at Akihabara Radio Kaikan! Demo Play & Limited Lottery Also Featured!

To all Akihabara residents and fans of "Cafe in the Electric Town"! To celebrate the release of the Nintendo Switch™ version of "Cafe in the Electric Town," a special event will be held for one day only on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in front of the Akihabara Radio Kaikan entrance.

This event will feature a demo play session of the Switch version of "Cafe in the Electric Town," sales of limited-edition pop-up store merchandise, an exhibition of in-game event scenes, and a limited lottery with a chance to win luxurious prizes. Furthermore, producer Liu will also be in attendance, providing a valuable opportunity for direct interaction with customers. Demo play is on a first-come, first-served basis, lasting approximately 10-15 minutes per session. Depending on congestion, numbered tickets may be distributed.

The limited lottery is a particular highlight! It's free to enter for demo play participants or those who show their wish list registration screen. Additionally, you can participate once for every 2,000 yen spent on pop-up store merchandise. The grand prize is a signed limited edition of the Switch version of "Cafe in the Electric Town" by producer Liu, the A prize includes a signed shikishi board and a game code, with many other attractive prizes such as game codes, original collaboration coffee, and special can badges also available.
