Discover a variety of engaging workshops happening at Tsurumai Park in May 2026! This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and learn new skills.
A highlight is the "Spring Flower Arrangement" workshop on May 8th. Led by Green Advisor Noriko Oshima, you'll create a charming arrangement using seasonal spring flowers. The material fee is ¥2,800.
On May 16th, join a special "Arrangement with Tsurumai Park Roses" class. You'll use roses from the park's renowned rose garden under the guidance of floral designer Momoyo Terao. The material fee is ¥3,000. Note that normally, access to the rose garden is restricted.
Other workshops include "Fragrant Mille-feuille with Dried Herbs and Spices" (May 10th), a "Tsurumai Park Guide Volunteer Training Course" (starting May 17th), a "Hanging Basket" workshop (May 23rd), and the popular "Rice: Culture and Science" lecture series in collaboration with Nagoya City University (starting May 30th).
