Nagoya Science Museum hosts 'March's Life Lab' from March 1-31, 2026. Experience observing chloroplasts and more via microscope. Weekend sessions available.
The Nagoya City Science Museum is hosting "March's Life Lab" from March 1st to March 31st, 2026, at the "Life Lab" on the 5th floor of the Life Building.
This event offers hands-on scientific experiences suitable for all ages.
Observe "Chloroplasts" and "Inside Bamboo" Up Close
Until March 1st (Sun), participants can observe "chloroplasts," essential for plant life. Starting from March 3rd (Tue), the "Let's Look Through a Microscope" session will allow you to observe various items under a microscope.
Additionally, special "Explore the Microscopic World" sessions are scheduled for specific Sundays:
- March 8th (Sun): Secrets of Abalone
- March 15th (Sun): Dragon's Tooth
- March 29th (Sun): Find the Skull in the Bamboo!
Experience Schedule
- Weekdays: 2:00 PM (20 minutes per session)
- Weekends & Holidays: 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM (20 minutes per session)
Each session is limited to the first 4 groups (primarily 2 people per group). Those wishing to participate should wait on the south side of the "Life Lab" on the 5th floor of the Life Building after checking the content and time.
