To commemorate the friendly relationship between Nagoya City and Rikuzentakata City, the "Kizuna Day Commemorative Exchange Event" will be held at Oasis 21's Galaxy Square.

It's designed as an "experience-oriented disaster prevention event where you can see, hear, eat, enjoy, and learn to prepare."
