Unravel the Mystery of Cause and Effect: A Riddle-Solving Event at Miraikan
Miraikan hosts "Unraveling the Mystery of Cause and Effect," a riddle-solving event exploring causality and AI predictions. Suitable for ages 5th grade to adult. Advance registration required (lottery).
Japan's National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) will host "Unraveling the Mystery of Cause and Effect: A Riddle-Solving Experience." This event is designed for all ages to learn and enjoy through interactive riddles.
The workshop focuses on the "cause and effect" relationships that are fundamental to our daily lives and even to AI predictions. Participants will encounter various mysteries, from unexpected connections between seemingly unrelated data to multiple interpretations of the same data. The latter half of the workshop delves into problems that cannot be solved by simply understanding cause and effect.
In today's world, where AI's predictive capabilities are increasingly important, the ability to understand the basis of explanations and provide convincing ones is crucial. This event offers a unique opportunity to deepen one's understanding of "cause and effect" and gain new perspectives for shaping the future.
Photography may be conducted for scientific communication research purposes. Personal information will be strictly managed and used solely for research.
