"Sake Reflecting Local Identity" Exhibition at Shibuya Hikarie
The d47 MUSEUM, located within Shibuya Hikarie, will host a special exhibition titled "Sake Reflecting Local Identity," a related project of the "d design travel EXHIBITION 2026."
This exhibition showcases a curated selection of alcoholic beverages that embody the unique character of various regions across Japan, discovered during the research for the design travel guide book "d design travel."
Visitors can explore a diverse range of drinks, including wines fermented with wild yeast, craft beers brewed with locally grown grains and cereals, and Japanese sake made with regional water. Alongside these unique beverages, the exhibition will also feature local delicacies that pair perfectly with the sake and exquisite sake cups designed to enhance the drinking experience.
