You will receive one application ticket with a serial code. Scan the QR code on the ticket and fill in the required information on the application page. Application tickets will be distributed at Gamers stores from the opening on September 13, 2026 (Sunday) until closing on December 20, 2026 (Sunday). For the Gamers online shop, orders placed by December 13, 2026 (Sunday) at 23:59 are eligible. The final application deadline is December 20, 2026 (Sunday) at 23:59.

The event will take place on January 8, 2027 (Friday). Part 1 will have doors opening at 18:00 and the event starting at 18:30. Part 2 will have doors opening at 19:45 and the event starting at 20:15. Entry after the event start time is not permitted, so please arrive before the scheduled start. For admission, a government-issued photo ID (e.g., My Number card, driver's license, passport, student ID) is required for identity verification. Your name and address must match the registered information. Expired or photocopied IDs will not be accepted.
