For 1st prize winners, an exchange for the voucher is required at the 'ROX 1F Information Center.' The exchange deadline is June 30, 2026 (Tuesday), and operating hours are from 10:30 to 21:00. 2nd prize winners can use the voucher directly on their next purchase; however, no change will be given.
The validity period for the ROX Shopping and Dining Vouchers is until July 31, 2026 (Friday). Expired vouchers will become invalid. Scratch cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold. Lost or damaged cards and vouchers will not be reissued.
