Information regarding prize redemption for the Summer Chance Fair Scratch Campaign at Asakusa ROX has been updated. Although the campaign period has ended, customers holding "Winning Scratch Cards" are required to redeem their prizes within the specified timeframe. Prizes include shopping and dining vouchers for ROX, with first and second prizes available.

Prizes and Redemption Details

First prize winners will receive ROX shopping and dining vouchers worth approximately 3,000 yen, with 1,000 winners. Second prize winners will receive vouchers worth approximately 500 yen, with 9,000 winners. Redemption for first prize is at the ROX 1F Information desk. For second prize, the voucher can be used directly on your next purchase at ROX. Please note that no change will be given for either prize.

Redemption and Validity Period

The deadline for prize redemption is June 30, 2026 (Tuesday). The ROX shopping and dining vouchers are valid until July 31, 2026 (Friday). Failure to meet these deadlines will result in forfeiture of the prize or voucher. Scratch cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold. They are also non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or damaged, so please keep them safe.

Excluded Stores and Items

Certain stores and items are excluded from voucher usage. Excluded stores include Usachan Cleaning, ROX Chance Center, Kura Sushi, Asakusa KT Dental Clinic, and Nishimatsuya, among others. Gift certificates such as book cards, ROX gift certificates, and Asakusa ROX Matsuri Yu gift cards, as well as parking fees, are also excluded.
