The total sales target for this campaign is 70 million yen, including the premium portion.

Purchase and Usage Period

The "Canal Pay" certificates will be available for purchase from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, or until the sales target is reached. The usage period for the certificates is also set from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Each purchase must be in increments of 10,000 yen, with a maximum purchase limit of five units (50,000 yen) per person. Purchasing the maximum amount will provide a total value of 60,000 yen, including the premium.

Special Procedure at Ramen Stadium

At Canal City Hakata's Ramen Stadium, the payment process for "Canal Pay" differs due to the use of ticket vending machines. Customers must first purchase their food tickets with cash from the vending machine. Then, they can make a "Canal Pay" transaction for the same amount. After presenting the food ticket and the "Canal Pay" payment confirmation screen to the store staff, the cash paid at the vending machine will be refunded. Please note that cash is the only accepted payment method at the vending machine when using "Canal Pay".

Important Notes on Usage

"Canal Pay" can only be purchased and used via the "ComMoney" app on smartphones. Some stores and specific items/services are excluded from this offer, including tobacco, gift certificates, prepaid cards, taxes, and payments to public institutions. All purchases are final; cancellations or refunds are not permitted. Any unused balance within the usage period will be forfeited.
