Prize Redemption

Winners can redeem their prizes by presenting the winning screen at the 1st-floor General Information Center of Canal City Hakata between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily from Saturday, August 1, to Sunday, August 9, 2026. Please note that prizes cannot be claimed after the redemption period. It is advised not to tap the "Mark as Used" button on the winning screen yourself, as this may invalidate the prize.
