Sunshine City in Ikebukuro is holding a charity event to collect donations of children's clothing and picture books.
Donate Children's Clothes to Families in Need
Do you have children's clothes that are still wearable but your child has outgrown? Sunshine City is collecting these clothes through charming house-designed donation boxes placed within the facility and delivering them to families in need. They are particularly looking for sizes 100-120cm. Items like underwear, direct skin contact wear, or heavily soiled/damaged clothes are not accepted, but clothes up to size 160cm that are in good, wearable condition are welcome.
Picture Book Donations Also Accepted
Additionally, they are collecting pre-loved picture books. Donation boxes are set up to pass on the joy of reading to the next generation.
This is a great opportunity to turn your unused children's clothes and books into a valuable support for others.
