Charity Park Yoga: Outdoor Yoga Experience in Nagoya's Hisaya Odori Park

It's a perfect opportunity to clear your mind and refresh your mind and body, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Beginners to yoga are warmly welcomed and can experience yoga with ease.

Yoga Event Also Serving as a Charity Activity

This event also functions as a charity activity for the 'Japan Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon Movement.' While participation is free, donations are encouraged during the on-site fundraising activities. All collected donations will be used to support the Pink Ribbon Movement by the certified NPO J.POSH. It's a valuable experience that promotes physical well-being through yoga while contributing to society.

Event Details and What to Bring

The schedule for the day includes registration starting at 9:30 AM (with fundraising), followed by park yoga from 10:00 AM, and a photo session (with fundraising) at 11:15 AM, with dissolution planned for 12:00 PM. A yoga mat is essential, but a towel or leisure sheet that can get dirty will also suffice. Please also bring drinks, a towel for sweat, and optionally a hat or sunglasses. As there are no changing facilities at the venue, please come already changed.
