Mariachi Latin Music: Nagoya-Mexico City Sister City Exchange Event

An exchange event celebrating the 49th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Nagoya and Mexico City, titled "Mariachi Latin Music," will be held at Asunal Kanayama.

This event aims to introduce the rich culture of Mexico to the citizens of Nagoya. "Mariachi La Fiesta," a mariachi group active in Japan, will present a free concert of traditional Mexican music. The performance will feature lively songs designed to uplift the audience with their powerful vocals and instrumental skills. Two performances are scheduled for the evening, offering a chance to enjoy the music twice.

Asunal Kanayama, the venue, is a commercial complex directly connected to Kanayama Station, a major hub served by JR, Meitetsu, and subway lines. Its location offers excellent accessibility and is situated in an area with ample shopping and dining options. The event is expected to take place on an outdoor stage, providing an open-air atmosphere for enjoying the music. Food and beverages are available at the facility's restaurants, allowing attendees to dine while enjoying the event.

Participation in this event is free of charge, and no prior reservation is required. This is a valuable opportunity to experience the passionate rhythms and cheerful melodies of Mexican music. We encourage you to take advantage of this occasion.
