Nagoya Science Museum: This Month's Life Lab - Explore the Microscopic World
Nagoya City Science Museum hosts "This Month's Life Lab." In May, explore the microscopic world with microscopes on the theme "What Protects Us from UV Rays?" Weekend themes include "Dragon's Teeth" and "Whalebone."
Nagoya City Science Museum is holding "This Month's Life Lab" on the 5th floor of the Life Science Building. In May, the theme is "What Protects Us from UV Rays?", delving into the wonders of life.
This event allows participants to observe the microscopic world using electron and optical microscopes. Starting May 1st, under the theme "What Protects Us from UV Rays?", you can explore how living organisms defend themselves against UV radiation. Additionally, on Sunday afternoons, observation sessions will be held on intriguing topics such as "Dragon's Teeth" (May 3rd), "Let's Find Skulls in Bamboo!" (May 17th), and "Whalebone" (May 31st).
Each session lasts 20 minutes and is limited to the first 4 groups (primarily 2 people per group). Those wishing to participate should check the content and times, then wait on the south side of "Life Lab" on the 5th floor of the Life Science Building.
