Reservations will be accepted from Sunday, November 1, 2026, to Friday, December 11, 2026. During this period, the Christmas Cake Reservation Counter on the 7th floor of the Main Building will be the primary location for bookings, operating from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Additionally, for an earlier booking window, a Christmas Cake Reservation Counter will be set up in front of the Matsuzakaya Hall on the 8th floor of the South Building from Thursday, October 8, 2026, to Saturday, October 31, 2026. Utilizing this early reservation period may offer a wider selection of cakes.

Online Reservations

Online reservations are also available from 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, until 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 10, 2026. This service is convenient for those who cannot visit the store in person, allowing for easy booking from home.
