"Kita no Kunikara" 45th Anniversary Special Concert: Experience Iconic Drama Music

To commemorate the 45th anniversary of the beloved drama "Kita no Kunikara" (From the North Country), a special concert featuring its iconic soundtrack will be held on July 16, 2026, at Tokyo International Forum Hall A.

The concert will showcase the memorable music composed by Masashi Sada, performed live by a special band comprised of top musicians. Masashi Sada himself will serve as the music director, joined by Toshiyuki Watanabe as producer and arranger. Alongside the exquisite music, famous scenes from the drama will be displayed on a large screen, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in the world of Goro, Jun, and Hotaru.

Additionally, the event will feature a talk session where Masashi Sada shares behind-the-scenes stories of the music production and his thoughts on the drama.
