第3回終活セミナー

Does the term 'Shukatsu' (life planning) sound a bit heavy? Actually, it's a proactive approach to living the rest of your life more authentically and positively.

The '3rd Life Planning Seminar' will be held at the Okinawa Convention Center on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This seminar aims to provide an opportunity to learn about Shukatsu and begin practical preparations for living your life 'positively, authentically, and with peace of mind'.

With recent societal changes, many people feel anxious about the future concerning medical care, nursing care, inheritance, and funerals. In Okinawa, specific concerns like the 'Totome' (ancestral memorial tablet) tradition and changes in burial practices might be weighing on your mind.

This seminar will explain things without complex jargon. Let's think together about what you can do now for your own peace of mind and out of consideration for your family. You'll gain insights from two lectures: "How I Live, How I Depart: My Thoughts to Convey in Writing" and "Shukatsu for a Well-Lived Life." The speakers are Ms. Kuniko Miki and Mr. Kanjyu Tonno from the Okinawa Prefectural Memorial Service Association.

Following the seminar, a limited individual consultation session for the first 4 groups will be available (advance reservation required). Participation is free, but with a capacity of 50 people (reservations required), early registration is highly recommended.
