DX Seminar & Information Exchange Meeting at Okinawa Convention Center

A "DX Seminar & Information Exchange Meeting" will be held at the Okinawa Convention Center in Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture. This seminar is jointly organized by okicom, SpiderPlus, and Infomart, aiming to provide information on DX promotion and facilitate information exchange among participants.

Seminar Content
The seminar will cover issues that can be solved with DX, such as field DX, document transcription, IT infrastructure & systems, and electronic billing/transaction processes, through services provided by each company. Participants can select themes they are particularly interested in receiving information on.

Registration
Registration is done via a Google Form, requiring company name, name, contact information, etc. The handling of personal information is detailed, including the purpose and scope of joint use by the three companies, and requires agreement with each company's privacy policy.

Networking Reception
Following the seminar, a networking reception is scheduled from 17:30 to 19:00 at "fish tail" (4-4-4 Mashiki, Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture). Participation is optional.

Interested parties are advised to apply by the deadline, as capacity is limited. The application form includes sections to select current products in use, DX challenges, and desired seminar topics.
