For the 1st floor standing and 2nd floor rear standing areas, tickets are required for elementary school students and older; preschoolers are not permitted. The 2nd floor reserved seating area allows preschoolers to enter, with one child per accompanying adult allowed to watch on lap for free. If a seat is required for a child, a ticket must be purchased.

On the day of the event, dangerous behavior that could injure other attendees is strictly prohibited. Refunds are not provided for reasons other than performance cancellation or postponement.
