Dinosaur Maze 'Jurassic Maze' Appears at Sapporo Factory This Summer

The "Jurassic Maze in SAPPORO," a dinosaur-themed maze, will make its Hokkaido debut at Sapporo Factory's West Plaza Special Venue from July 18 to August 23, 2026. This event offers a thrilling experience for families during the summer vacation.

The main attraction is an outdoor maze approximately 200 meters in length. Inside, participants will encounter realistic, moving, and roaring giant dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus Rex, Spinosaurus, and Triceratops, promising an immersive adventure. Photo and video recording are permitted within the venue.

A special "Night Museum" event will be held on Fridays, Saturdays, and July 19 (Sunday) throughout the exhibition period. This special viewing session requires advance booking for a specific time slot, offering a unique nighttime experience with the dinosaurs.

Advance tickets are available at a discounted price. The Night Museum tickets are limited in quantity and require a specific date and time slot selection. It is advisable to purchase these tickets early, as they may sell out. If advance tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be available. Any remaining time-designated tickets for the Night Museum may be sold directly at the venue.

Important Notes

As this is an outdoor event, participants are advised to take precautions against heatstroke. The event will proceed in case of rain, but may be canceled due to severe weather. Umbrellas are allowed inside the venue during rain, but rain gear is not provided. Refunds for the Night Museum will only be issued if the event is canceled. Numbered tickets may be distributed during periods of high congestion. Each ticket is valid for one entry only.
