Masahiro Suda and Renji Matsui from Vegalta Sendai are scheduled to appear. For professional athletes, high-quality rest is indispensable for maintaining peak performance amidst rigorous training and matches. During the talk show, both players will share their perspectives on "rest," including how they spend their days off, their personal refresh strategies, and their commitment to conditioning.
