After obtaining the application serial number, apply through the dedicated page within "Event Application/Survey" on "CLUB animate." Registration for "CLUB animate" is free and required for application. The application period runs from Monday, September 14, 2026, to Friday, October 23, 2026. Each serial number allows for one application, and there is no limit to the number of applications per person.
