• What to Bring/Notes: Lost or damaged benefit tickets or entry passes will not be reissued. The venue does not offer locker or cloakroom services; please store large luggage at nearby facilities beforehand. Bringing alcohol into the venue and drinking are prohibited. Children under elementary school age may attend with a guardian holding a benefit ticket, but only one guardian per child is allowed. Recording or photographing during benefit events is strictly forbidden and will be dealt with severely if discovered.
• Payment Methods: CDs can be purchased using cash, credit card (one-time payment only), or QR code payments. Coupons and e-money are not accepted.
• Other: Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones. Cancellations, refunds, or changes after purchase are not possible.
