Participation requires the purchase of the target product, 'Hajimete no All,' for which a handshake event participation ticket will be distributed. The attending members vary by session, with a special appearance by '♡MeruMimi♡' (Shinzawa Nao/Sakuraba Aika/Tatsumoto Yayo/Haga Rei) in the 4th session. Attendees can enjoy shaking hands and conversing with the members, expressing their gratitude or sharing thoughts on the new song.

The event is divided into multiple sessions, each with its own designated assembly time, start time, and entry deadline. Those wishing to participate must purchase the target product at Tower Records Shibuya's 5F on the event day, starting at 11:00 AM. Upon purchase, they can specify their desired session and lane number to receive a 'Group Handshake Participation Ticket.'
