Ticket Information and Application Periods

Ticket applications will be conducted in two phases. The pre-sale "e+ WEB Lottery Advance Reception" runs from September 8 (Tue) 12:00 PM to September 15 (Tue) 11:59 PM JST. This initial phase will offer both reserved seating and wheelchair seats, with a purchase limit of two tickets per person. Following this, a general sale period will commence from October 17 (Sat) 10:00 AM to October 18 (Sun) 11:00 PM JST, also conducted via lottery. Important Notes for Attendees

For entry, attendees must bring a "government-issued photo ID" for identity verification. Staff may conduct checks within the venue, and failure to present valid ID or any signs of fraud will result in immediate dismissal. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, My Number card (My Number notification cards are not accepted), or a passport with your address. All IDs must be original and within their validity period; photocopies or smartphone displays are not permitted. For Wheelchair Seat Users

Visitors requiring wheelchair spaces must purchase "Wheelchair Seats." These seats allow viewing from a wheelchair, but availability is limited and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each wheelchair space can accommodate up to two tickets, valid for one wheelchair user and one companion, two wheelchair users, or one wheelchair user alone. Ticket trading is not available for wheelchair seats. On the day of the performance, proof of disability, such as a physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, or a doctor's note, will be required. For those who do not use a wheelchair but have mobility issues, accessible seating is available; please purchase a "Reserved Seat" ticket and contact Kyodo Yokohama for arrangements.
