The festival will feature a jazz show by The Dixie Railroaders and a music stage by DJ Tei. The finale will be the "Sky Symphony in Yokohama presented by Colowide," which will illuminate the night sky with sound and fireworks. The event is scheduled to run from 18:30 to 20:00, with doors opening at 17:00. Lessons learned from last year's accident have led to thorough safety measures based on the recommendations of a third-party committee. These include rigorous pre-use inspections of fireworks and fuses, a reduction in the number of fireworks, replacement of launch tubes with stainless steel, use of less flammable materials, introduction of remote water cannons, and increased spacing between tubes on floating platforms. Close coordination with relevant administrative bodies will ensure a system capable of rapid interruption or cancellation decisions.

Festival Chairman Junichi Urushibara stated, "Fireworks are synonymous with Yokohama summers and are a traditional event with a long history." He expressed his commitment to operating a compelling event while prioritizing safety measures based on last year's lessons. It is important to note that a fire occurred on a floating platform during fireworks discharge at the "Minato Mirai Smart Festival" on August 4, 2025, leading to the interruption of the show. In response, the executive committee has implemented various safety measures to prevent recurrence.
