Yokohama Minatomirai Winter Holiday 2026: DQ x FF Collaboration Event

The "Yokohama Minatomirai Winter Holiday 2026 Winter Fantasy Woven by Dragon Quest x Final Fantasy" event will be held from November 11, 2026, to January 11, 2027, at Yokohama Landmark Tower (Landmark Plaza) and MARK IS Minatomirai. This marks the first collaboration between "Dragon Quest," celebrating its 40th anniversary, and "Final Fantasy," which has achieved over 215 million units shipped/downloaded worldwide. Beloved characters from both iconic RPG series will gather in the Minatomirai area to create a unique winter fantasy experience.

Festive Collaborations

The event features special holiday installations. At Landmark Plaza's 1F Sakata no Tane Garden Square, a "Miraculous Holiday Tree Where Legends Meet" will be unveiled, showcasing a collaborative design inspired by "Dragon Quest" and "Final Fantasy." The tree is envisioned as a gathering place for popular characters on a starry night during a journey, amidst falling snow. MARK IS Minatomirai's 1F Grand Galleria will host the "Slime and Chocobo Holiday Objet," a giant display featuring iconic characters from both series, with gift boxes inspired by treasure chests filled with popular monsters.

Special Cafes and Merchandise

Throughout the event period, various photo spots featuring character standees and panels from both "Dragon Quest" and "Final Fantasy" will be available within the venues. Additionally, a collaboration cafe named "SuraChoco Kitchen" will operate within "Cafe Fan Base" on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza, offering original menu items inspired by the two game series. A limited-time POP UP STORE will also open in MARK IS Minatomirai, selling event-exclusive merchandise, including newly illustrated goods, and other "Dragon Quest" and "Final Fantasy" related items.
