Ticket options include "SmaTicket" downloadable to your smartphone or "Paper Ticket" available for pickup at FamilyMart (SmaTicket is only available for smartphone applications). The system is unavailable for applications, payments, and pickups on the first and third Thursdays of each month between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM due to system maintenance.
