For purchases made on NITORI Net, the equivalent amount of the take-back fee will be provided as points by the end of the month following your purchase date. A separate appliance recycling fee is required for large appliance take-backs. This offer is applicable per transaction. Corporate clients, residents of remote islands, and areas outside NITORI's delivery zone are not eligible for this service.

Delivery Service

The NITORI delivery service has been revised to be more accessible. For purchases of large furniture or large appliances totaling 39,800 yen (tax included) or more, basic weekday delivery (at your doorstep) is free. This service excludes assembly furniture and system kitchens. Additional fees may apply for some remote islands. The service is subject to change or termination without notice, so it's recommended to check for updates if you plan to use it.
