Even for purchases of 100,000 yen (tax included) or more, the pickup fee will be halved, which is a significant benefit for those considering replacing their furniture. This service applies to general large furniture, excluding system kitchens and assembled furniture. For purchases made through NITORI NET, points equivalent to the pickup fee will be awarded, making online purchases convenient as well. However, please be aware that this service is not available for corporate customers, remote islands, or areas outside NITORI's delivery zones, and the pickup is limited to items equivalent in type and quantity to the new furniture purchased.

Discounted Delivery Service

NITORI has also revised its delivery fees to make purchasing large furniture and appliances more accessible. For purchases of large furniture and appliances totaling 39,800 yen (tax included) or more, the basic delivery fee (curbside delivery) on weekdays will be free. While this service excludes assembled furniture and system kitchens, it is an attractive offer for many customers. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to some remote islands.
