Canal City Hakata Hosts "Canal Awakening Fest" for East Building Restart

Canal City Hakata, a large-scale shopping and entertainment complex in Fukuoka, is hosting the "Canal Awakening Fest" to celebrate the restart of its East Building. From September 19th to October 4th, 2026, a variety of stage events will be held. Notably, from September 19th to September 27th, live music performances and talk shows featuring popular artists and notable performers are scheduled.

Live Performances and Talk Shows by Popular Artists

The B1F Sun Plaza Stage will feature different performances daily. On September 20th, zoo zoo sea will perform, followed by Novel Core on September 21st, and Eir Aoi on September 22nd, delivering exciting live music. Additionally, KREVA will hold a talk session on September 26th, and niina on September 27th. These stages are presented in collaboration with FM FUKUOKA, making the lineup highly anticipated by music fans. Okinawa Actors School will also present a performance stage on September 22nd, offering diverse entertainment.

Roaming Performances Throughout the Venue

In addition to the main stage events, un-pa will present roaming performances from September 19th to September 23rd. These performances, moving from the Center Walk towards the East Building, will offer a unique experience during your shopping trip. Performances are scheduled for 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.
