FOOMA JAPAN 2026 covers 21 fields of food manufacturing, with approximately 1,000 companies exhibiting and showcasing over 7,000 of the latest solutions. Under the theme "The Shift is On.", the "Innovation Hub" area will foster new value in food, gathering startups, academic plazas, and products from the robot, IT, IoT, and food tech sectors, allowing attendees to experience firsthand the cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of food production.
