• Capacity: 30 groups per session (up to 5 people per group)

Due to the popularity of the characters, participation is limited and will close once all slots are filled.

Participation Method and Notes

Participation requires a numbered ticket (seiriken). These tickets will be distributed starting from the museum's opening hours on the event day at the 1st-floor symbol zone. You will need to present your "Great Antarctic Exhibition" admission ticket to receive a numbered ticket.

Key Points for Participation:

• Valid same-day admission tickets for the "Great Antarctic Exhibition" for all participants are required to obtain a numbered ticket.
• Numbered tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be gone once all are distributed. Please refrain from lining up late at night or early in the morning.
• One ticket per group, with a maximum of 5 people per group.
• Lost tickets cannot be reissued. Tickets cannot be collected by proxy.
• Please bring your own camera or smartphone (one device per group). Staff will take the photos, but video recording is prohibited.
• Photos will be taken from one angle per group, with a time limit for each.
