The event is for those who pre-order or purchase Masaki Sato's 3rd single, "Dominant Life! / Beniiro no Hana" (Regular Edition A/B, ¥1,300 each including tax), released on December 16, 2026, at a special sales booth set up on the event day. For each CD purchased, participants will receive one "Priority Area Entry Ticket" or one "Hitotogoe Talk Event Participation Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited availability, early arrival is advised.

The event is divided into two parts, each featuring a mini-live and a "Hitotogoe Talk Event" for purchasers. Part 1 begins with the mini-live at 14:00, followed by the talk event around 14:30.
