Miyata Manamo's "Natsumadeni" Release & Tanka Fes at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA

To celebrate the release of Manamo Miyata's latest book, "Natsumadeni," and the "Tanka Fes ~ Reiwa 8 Summer Has Arrived, Tell Us the Poems You've Written ~," a series of special events dedicated to Miyata will be held on the 2nd basement floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA. The venue is SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, located at 21-6 Udagawa-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

This initiative is a collaboration between author Manamo Miyata, publisher Kodansha, SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, and Book 1st Shinjuku Store, aiming to enrich the Tanka Fes experience. In conjunction with the festival, the B2 floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA will host various Manamo Miyata-themed projects.

• Tanka (Japanese Poetry) Submission: Outstanding submissions will be awarded prizes such as the "Manamo Miyata Award," "Kodansha Award," "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA Award," and "Book 1st Shinjuku Store Award." Winners of the SHIBUYA TSUTAYA Award will receive an original novelty set and a 1,000 yen coupon. The submission period runs from August 5, 2026, to October 31, 2026. • "Watashi no Otome" Acrylic Stand Set Sale: A set featuring an acrylic stand and the photo tanka collection "Watashi no Otome" will be available from August 5, 2026, at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA B2F and Book 1st Shinjuku Store. Priced at 7,700 yen (tax included), the acrylic stands come in two designs.

• "Natsumadeni" Release Commemorative Panel Exhibition: To commemorate the release of Miyata's latest book, "Natsumadeni," a panel exhibition of newly shot photographs will be held on the 2nd basement floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA. The exhibition runs from August 5, 2026, to September 7, 2026.
