Pre-order and Pickup Procedures

Pre-orders are for in-store pickup only at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA; shipping is not available. The pre-order period is for a limited time and may end without prior notice before the release date. Please be aware of this.

The pickup period for the products is from November 17, 2026 (Tuesday) to November 30, 2026 (Monday). Items and bonuses cannot be handed over if the pickup period is missed. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders within the designated period, as the store will not send notifications. Pickup will begin upon product arrival, but please note that due to logistics, items may not be available for pickup on the release day itself. Pre-order quantities are limited and may close once the maximum number is reached. For the latest information, please check with the store.
