Shibuya Pied 10th Anniversary Talk Show at Tower Records Shibuya

A special talk show, "PIED PIPER HOUSE Presents Shibuya Pied 10th Anniversary SPECIAL TALK SHOW 〈The Pied Piper's Gratitude 2026〉," will be held on July 15, 2026, at the Tower Records Shibuya store's 7th-floor event space. This event commemorates the 10th anniversary of PIED PIED PIPER HOUSE, a venue that has been a part of Shibuya's music scene.

A Special Talk to Celebrate a Decade

The event features Yoshirou Nagato, the store manager, who has witnessed many significant moments in Japan's music history. He will share anecdotes that couldn't be included in the book "Pied Piper Days," reflecting on the venue's journey since its opening on July 15, 2016. The discussion will cover topics ranging from the recently released live recording of Harry Hosono and Tin Pan Alley in Chinatown to Taeko Onuki's album "Comin' Soon," and even the legendary days of the original Pied Piper House in Minami-Aoyama. He will be joined by Takashi Okada, a designer and musician known for his work on the radio show "Daisy Holiday!" on interFM.
