An announcement has been made regarding an issue with the "Lienel" original voice-included coasters, a special order bonus distributed at the "Yes! Kakekome! Bokura no EBiSTORE" collaboration cafe held at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA. Customers who received the coasters with an incorrectly printed QR code can now apply for either a correct viewing URL or an exchange for a replacement item.

Details of the Coaster Issue and Resolution

It has been discovered that all "Lienel" original voice-included coasters (6 types in total), distributed as a special order bonus at the "Yes! Kakekome! Bokura no EBiSTORE" collaboration cafe, were printed with QR codes that incorrectly play the voice of "Takeda Sosei" for all designs. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused to customers and all parties involved.
