This expo will feature approximately 50 companies (planned) showcasing products and services essential for enhancing inbound services, including Halal and plant-based foods, translation and multilingual support systems, and cashless payment/currency exchange services. It serves as a business platform to create concrete business negotiation opportunities between businesses aiming to capture inbound demand, such as those in the restaurant, accommodation, and retail sectors. Furthermore, over 50 seminars (planned) will be held concurrently, offering a space to disseminate market information and global trends. In its previous iteration, the expo attracted 44,427 industry professionals in fermentation and Japanese cuisine, facilitating active business discussions.
