Pan Dorobou Hiroba Sapporo Rescheduled Event at Sapporo Factory

The "Pan Dorobou Hiroba Sapporo" event, offering an immersive experience into the world of the "Pan Dorobou" picture book, will be rescheduled and held at Sapporo Factory in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. This event was highly anticipated and its rescheduled date and venue have now been confirmed, with apologies extended to customers for any inconvenience caused.

Visitors can look forward to photo spots that allow them to step into the world of the picture book, an exhibition of the latest works making their debut in Sapporo, and a selection of limited-edition merchandise. The event promises a delightful experience where attendees can engage with the charming universe of Pan Dorobou and his friends.

The event will run from November 23, 2026 (Monday, Holiday) to December 30, 2026 (Wednesday). On weekends, public holidays, and special days (December 28-30), the venue will be open from 10:00 to 18:00. On weekdays (excluding the above dates), hours will be from 12:00 to 18:00. Last admission will be at 17:30 on all days.

Information regarding existing tickets purchased before the postponement has been provided. For those wishing to visit during the time-slotted hours (10:00-14:00 on weekends, holidays, and special days), original tickets cannot be used for entry. Refunds must be obtained, and new timed-entry tickets must be purchased. Refund applications are accepted until November 30, 2026, at 23:59. If you wish to visit outside these specified time slots, your original ticket can still be used. Customers who prefer a refund instead of attending the rescheduled event can also apply for a refund within the same period.

New tickets will go on sale starting October 23, 2026, at 10:00. Timed-entry tickets will be exclusively available through Ticket Pia. Tickets can also be purchased at the HTB Corner located in the Sapporo underground shopping mall, Paul Town.
