The FY2026 'Crime Victims Month' Campaign will be held at the Atrium of Sapporo Factory in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, on November 25, 2026 (Wednesday).
This campaign aims to deepen understanding of support for crime victims and is free to enter and view.
The Hokkaido Police Band is scheduled to perform a mini-concert, and Hokkaido Police's symbol mascot 'Hokuto-kun' will also be present.
In addition, promotional goods will be distributed, and a stamp rally will be held where participants can win original goods featuring the character 'Gyutto-chan'. A 'Gyutto-chan' booth will also be set up.
No advance registration is required, and anyone can participate.
