Social Firm Workshop 2026 Vol.2 at Shibuya Hikarie 8/COURT

The "Social Firm Workshop 2026 Vol. 2: The Reality of Social Firms (from the Worker's Perspective)" will be held at 8/COURT in Shibuya Hikarie. This workshop aims to foster a deeper understanding of "Social Firms," companies where individuals facing challenges in employment, such as those with illnesses, disabilities, or caregiving responsibilities, can work with peace of mind. Participants will learn about the philosophy, practical implementation, and employer strategies that contribute to a society where everyone can work securely and autonomously.

Now in its fourth year, this workshop series delves deeper into the concept of social firms. The second session focuses on "The Reality of Social Firms," featuring an employee from Francil Co., Ltd. as a speaker. This session offers a valuable opportunity to hear directly about the company's journey and the speaker's current work life. Interactive dialogue between the speaker and attendees is also planned, making it an accessible event for newcomers to the topic.
