The event will feature clear explanations from experts on the differences between sake rice and table rice, as well as how variations in sake rice impact the taste of the final product. Esteemed guests include Mr. Yasuyuki Sakakida, Toji (master brewer) of Hachishin Shuzo brewery in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and Mr. Kenzo Maetsuru of "Chishu no Maetsuru," a specialty sake shop in Shimonoseki City. Through their specialized insights, attendees can delve into the profound world of sake and appreciate the unique brewing traditions of specific regions. Mr. Yuki Soma, Director of "Tsuzuku wo Taberu" at D&DEPARTMENT, will moderate the discussion.

Sake Rice and Sake Tasting Experience
