Participation Method and Precautions

Participation requires a smartphone-compatible electronic ticket, available exclusively through "CLOUD PASS." Pre-registration is mandatory. To prevent resale, tickets must be purchased under the attendee's real name. Attendees will be required to present a government-issued photo ID for verification on the event day. Sales run from September 5, 2026, 7:00 PM to October 25, 2026, 11:59 PM JST. However, tickets are limited and may sell out before the end of the sales period. Changes or cancellations after purchase are not permitted.

Photo Session and Name Inscription Details

For photo sessions, the "1-shot" option allows choices from three designated poses, while the "2-shot" option will be facilitated by staff. Only the standard camera function on smartphones or mobile phones is permitted; live modes and third-party apps are prohibited. No re-shoots or exchanges will be offered in case of smartphone malfunction, insufficient storage, or other user-related issues. For name inscriptions, only the attendee's name or a nickname (in hiragana or katakana, up to 10 characters) is acceptable. Inappropriate content, emojis, or special characters are not allowed. Names must be written on a dedicated form provided at reception and cannot be changed afterward.
