Application and Pickup Procedures

Successful applicants must visit the POKÉMON CARD LOUNGE on the 5th floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA during the designated pickup period, which runs from September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) to September 23, 2026 (Wednesday), between 10:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Product delivery is not available. Upon pickup, a government-issued photo identification document registered during application must be presented. Purchases cannot be made without valid identification.

Payment and Identity Verification

SHIBUYA TSUTAYA operates on a cashless basis throughout the entire store. Payment must be made using the specified cashless payment methods. Identity verification will be conducted strictly; purchases may be refused if the application information does not match the presented documents or if there are any discrepancies.

Children under elementary school age may present a government-issued ID without a photo, but documentation in the name of a guardian is invalid. Original documents are required; copies, photos, or images will not be accepted.

Important Notes

Returns, exchanges, changes in quantity, or changes to the pickup date are not permitted. Damage or dirt on the outer packaging is also not grounds for return or exchange. Sales are not available for children under 3 years of age. Multiple applications by the same individual will result in cancellation. If you make an error in your application details, please cancel and reapply with the correct information during the application period. Changes cannot be made after the application deadline.
