Pre-order and Pickup Information

Pre-orders can be placed through the dedicated SHIBUYA TSUTAYA in-store pickup reservation page. Please be aware that this service is strictly for in-store pickup only; shipping is not available. The pre-order period is limited and may end before the release date, so it is advisable to place your order early.

The pickup period for reserved items is from Monday, November 2, 2026, to Sunday, November 15, 2026. Items not picked up within this timeframe will not be available for handover. Customers are responsible for checking the pickup period, as the store will not provide individual notifications. Items will be available for pickup as soon as they are stocked, though please note that they may not be available at opening time on the first day due to logistical circumstances.

Important Notes

Changes or cancellations after pre-ordering are not permitted. The store may limit the number of items one person can reserve or purchase based on sales status. Additionally, pre-ordered items are not eligible for V Points. This pre-order service is separate from the TSUTAYA online store.
