The "Social Firm Workshop 2026 Vol. 3: The Reality of Social Firms (from the Employer's Perspective)" will be held at 8/COURT in Shibuya Hikarie.

This workshop explores the philosophy and practices of "social firms," which are companies where individuals facing difficulties in employment, such as illness, disability, or balancing work with childcare/caregiving, can work with peace of mind and manage their businesses autonomously. This session focuses on the employer's perspective.

For the third installment, Ms. Naoe Ito, CEO of Francil Co., Ltd., will be the speaker. She will discuss the process of obtaining social firm certification, challenges faced in managing a social firm, and the company's initiatives.

Time for dialogue between the speaker and participants is also planned.
