Kiyoshi Saito (1907-1997), born in Aizu, Fukushima, was a leading figure in post-war Japanese contemporary printmaking. His works, highly acclaimed internationally, are known for their diverse techniques and sophisticated aesthetic sensibility. This exhibition offers an opportunity to encounter the refined beauty of contemporary prints.
